pip下载已安装模块为.whl文件，离线安装到新机

（pip版本：20.+，python==3.7.6）

1、下载已安装模块为.whl或其他形式：

 

 

 

alarm_packages文件夹是存放打包好的whl文件的，里面要放一个setup.py文件，不然会报错，内容如下：

在conda或者python环境中的Scrips文件夹下进入cmd（我的是anaconda3环境），

pip freeze >requirements.txt
pip download E:\Anaconda3\envs\alarm0128\alarm_packages -r requirements.txt -d E:\Anaconda3\envs\alarm0128\alarm_packages

 

2、在离线机器上安装打包好的模块

拷贝我们的alarm_packages文件夹到离线机器上（推荐英文路径，与Scripts文件夹同级）；

requirements.txt文件放在pip.exe目录下，也就是Scripts文件夹下。

在离线机器的Scripts文件夹下进入cmd

pip install --no-index --find-links=E:\Anaconda3\envs\py37\alarm_packages -r requirements.txt
