Spring启动了两次 - DEFAULT_JOB_GROUP_NAME.0_notify_merchant', because one already exists with this identification

 异常日志：

org.quartz.ObjectAlreadyExistsException: Unable to store Job : 'DEFAULT_JOB_GROUP_NAME.0_notify_merchant', because one already exists with this identification.

结果：导致项目启动时，spring启动了两次，重复排查发现是，controller映射地址重复

当映射地址重复时，会导致spring重复进行映射，进行二次加载，从而项目启动失败
