意思是：

从服务器'https://start.spring.io'获取元数据时出错。
请检查URL、网络和代理设置。
错误信息：无法下载''：连接已超时。
无法下载'https://start.spring.io'：连接时间已过。
响应。200 null

解决方法：换成阿里云的镜像即可：https://start.aliyun.com/
