8个敏捷咨询中常遇到的问题

在给客户做咨询的过程中，很多客户都会对敏捷Scrum的实施有同样的担忧。一下8条是我总结出的问题：

  1. 1.How to adapt Scrum to our organization?
  2. 2.How to do architecture design in Scrum?
  3. 3.How to convince managers to use Scrum?
  4. 4.How can we trust the team to be self-organized?
  5. 5.How to control the project progress and quality in Scrum?
  6. 6.How to combine CMMI with Agile/Scrum?
  7. 7.How can the PO handle the requirement when the real customer is not around?
  8. 8.Does Scrum work with hardware also?

本来想接着Scrum Gathering的机会，关于这8个问题做一个presentation。但是似乎审核的人们不太喜欢我的idea。所以，我准备有时间的时候，对这8条逐条做一些分析。如果有别的问题，也欢迎让我知道
