首先打开终端：

2==》 gem sources -a https://ruby.taobao.org/  （找到淘宝镜像）
打印结果：https://ruby.taobao.org/ added to sources

3==》 gem sources -l

4==》sudo gem install cocoapods（开始安装cocoapods）
