真的是服了，jira插件各种奇怪的报错信息

看这个错误，是因为找不到

atlassian-rest-doclet插件依赖，但这个依赖明明是放在本地仓库里的。继续分析，错误发生的过程是在

generate-rest-docs，于是禁用rest-docs既可以了

在pom文件的properties标签里，加入

<maven.javadoc.skip>true</maven.javadoc.skip>

 或者启动的时候加入参数

-Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true
