下面是国外230个比较重要的在线学习网站、虚拟学校、e-Learning学习资源，供大家学习参考。我注意到：
1、每一个网站都“与众不同”，很少彼此雷同。
2、从2000年到今天，短短五年中，国外教育网站数量激增，发展方向上与我们的思路很不一样。
3、他们为什么不象我们一样，去投入大量人力物力建设教育资源库？
4、在东行记上，我曾经写过一篇日记“信息化时代的“李约瑟难题”—第八届全球华人计算机教育应用大会感想”（http://www.jeast.net/old/001552.html），面对我们与世界上发达国家在教育资源建设和信息化教育发展理论方面越来越大的差距，我们该如何学习国外的经验，如何本土化？
