公众号给用户发红包
场景：公众号里面，通过指定openid给用户发送红包，比如用户在公众号中提现，发福利红包都可以使用。

代码中引入这个类，需要配置一下商户id$mch_id，关联的公众号$wxappid，服务器的公网ip$client_ip，还有$apikey，然后在构造函数中配置下证书，就能直接用了：
