python 爬取天气

   这里使用的是“中国天气网的接口”，因为接口都是使用城市的代码，所以首先得整理下城市的名字和对应code，这是整理好的，戳我下载

   准备工作做好了，接下来就是代码了

用py爬天气信息，需要使用两个模块，分别是urllib2(获取数据)和json(解析数据)
