微软的IEDevToolBar，是一个免费的为Web开发人员制作的IE插件
主要功能有：
1.以树结构查看CodeDom，并查看每个Element属性，可以使用鼠标点击选中Element，这个在我们制作Skin时很有用
2.生成图片报表，就是将页面上说有出现的图片生成一份详细的报表，这样就省的我们自己去找图片路径和量图片大小等等。
3.高亮显示表格，表格单元，Div等的边框，这个在我们调整布局时也是很有用
4.页面尺子，可以然你任意在页面上度量长度，这个是大大的提高了我们的工作效率，不用为了量个长度而抓图再用画图工具量
IEDevToolBar使用方法:
安装之后，在IE顶部菜单的“查看” － “工具栏” 里面钩选“Developer Toolbar”项即可。这下在IE下做 Web开发就方便多了！

The Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar provides several features for exploring and understanding Web pages. These features enable you to:
- Explore and modify the document object model (DOM) of a Web page.
- Locate and select specific elements on a Web page through a variety of techniques.
- Selectively disable Internet Explorer settings.
- View HTML object class names, ID's, and details such as link paths, tab index values, and access keys.
- Outline tables, table cells, images, or selected tags.
- Validate HTML, CSS, WAI, and RSS web feed links.
- Display image dimensions, file sizes, path information, and alternate (ALT) text.
- Immediately resize the browser window to a new resolution.
- Selectively clear the browser cache and saved cookies. Choose from all objects or those associated with a given domain.
- Display a fully featured design ruler to help accurately align and measure objects on your pages.
- Find the style rules used to set specific style values on an element.
- View the formatted and syntax colored source of HTML and CSS.
The Developer Toolbar can be pinned to the Internet Explorer browser window or floated separately.
