Introduction 在国内，随着网络技术的越来越发达与普遍，越来越多的外国影视作品进入群众的视野之中，特别是近些年来美剧、日本动漫和大学公开课在国内的蓬勃发展，限于语言障碍， 使得对这些作品的翻译成了一个急切的需求。 因此，大量的字幕工作者由于兴趣爱好，结成团体，共同完成影视作品的翻译工作，成为一个字幕小组。字幕组中有着明确的分工，有专门负责翻译工作的翻译人员，也有很少被人知道的是做字幕对轴工作的组员们。因为翻译出来之后仅仅是文本的内容，并没有跟视频文件进行匹配，字幕组的成员们往往需要进行非常细致的比对调整，才能使得最终观众们欣赏到拥有高质量的翻译内容，并且与原视频内容配合得天衣无缝的. 阅读全文

哎呀，今天是“小光棍”节。。。苦逼程序们节都没时间过，继续搬砖啊！！今天的Daily Scrum人没有到齐，两人因故没能够来开会。我们剩下的人开会讨论了下今天的工作和plan：首先徐老板正在working on播放器进度条，我们希望进度条不光能够反映当前视频播放到的位置，还要能有缓冲带显示音频切断程序进行到的位置（就像在线视频那项有一条缓冲带往前冲）。这一点是必要的，我们需要反馈给用户目前后台处理音频，实时翻译的程序处理到的地方。然后我们讨论的Jian Jiang的工作，原先我们离队的成员Yuanwei已经从事了一部分字体特效方面的工作，我们打算将这个feature加到M2中，由姜健来完成。好 阅读全文
