error MSB8020: The build tools for v142 (Platform Toolset = 'v142') cannot be found

错误 1 error MSB8020: The build tools for v142 (Platform Toolset = 'v142') cannot be found. To build using the v142 build tools, please install v142 build tools. Alternatively, you may upgrade to the current Visual Studio tools by selecting the Project menu or right-click the solution, and then selecting "Upgrade Solution...". C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V120\Microsoft.Cpp.Platform.targets 64 5 ObdStation
原因：VS版本和工具集不符。
外要特别注意 debug、release版本项目属性配置是否相同，工具集选择是否一致，是否都正确。可能编译release版本看的却是debug的项目配置。
可以直接编辑.vcxproj，它是MSBuild格式的文件，更改配置
