longtable 跨越多个页面时，如何在跨页时自动断行并加上横线及去掉页眉

一般的，在首行后面加上 

\endfirsthead
\hline
\endhead
\hline
\endfoot
\hline
\endlastfoot

即可

去掉页眉

\thispagestyle{empty}只能去掉一个页的页眉，要去掉多个页，使用下面的

\pagestyle{empty}
\tableofcontents
\clearpage
\pagestyle{headings}

这实际上是去掉页眉和页脚，也可以使用其他参数只去掉页眉包含页脚的。
