C# Chr to ASCLL and ASCLL to Chr

在VB中有ASC和Chr系统定义的函数可用，在C#中是没有的...

这次是因为条码需要增加一位校验码，需要使用到这个转换函数。 

字符转ASCII码： 

public static int Asc(string character)
  {
   if (character.Length == 1)
   {
    System.Text.ASCIIEncoding asciiEncoding = new System.Text.ASCIIEncoding();
    int intAsciiCode = (int)asciiEncoding.GetBytes(character)[0];
    return (intAsciiCode);

   }

ASCII码转字符：
