“you are in emergency mode”的解决办法

You are in emergency mode. After logging in, type "journalctl -xb" to view
system logs, "systemctl reboot" to reboot, "systemctl default" or "exit"
to boot into default mode.
Give root password for maintenance
(or press Control-D to continue):

起虚拟机的时候常常会碰到进去紧急模式的提示，虽然不影响登陆，但是常常在使用中退出登陆的情况。一个可能的原因是guest kernel缺少某种语言支持。

经常是iso-8859-1.在源码中打开NLS_ISO8859_1，重新编译kernel，就可以了。
