StartMachineConfig

StartProcessConfig

通过MachineId关联StartMachineConfig
watcher进程通过本机ip对比获取对应的配置，启动进程，根据配置传递process id，其他参数使用启动watcher进程时指定的参数。

StartSceneConfig

通过Process关联StartProcessConfig，通过Zone关联StartZoneConfig
server进程会根据启动参数的process获取对应的配置，并创建scene。
