io.h源码 检查文件是否存在

搜索这个问题的时候,看到的。
linux下直接open (filename,O_RDONLY) 返回值判断,windows下 没有这个函数?奇怪。貌似有 _open()函数,可以去msdn查去。
查找到windows用 下面的函数就可以。filename是 char * 类型。
