Bitlocker的问题

笔记本开机进入操作系统后报错:

No TPM chip is detected.  You must reboot, enter into your computer's BIOS setup, and enable the TPM...

关掉对话框就重启.

 

按照提示进入BIOS, 找不到什么TPM. Dell E6400 在中国销售的全部没有TPM安全芯片. 晕死~

 

解决方案:

进入控制面板, 添加删除程序, 干掉Bitlocker setup.

 

搞定!
