解决编译报错：Unable to copy file， because it is being used by another process.

Error    63    Unable to copy file "D:\DEV\XXX Website\trunk\4 Source Code\Common\WebControls\bin\Debug\WebControls.dll" to "bin\WebControls.dll". The process cannot access the file 'bin\WebControls.dll' because it is being used by another process.   XXX.Web
Error    62    Could not copy "D:\DEV\XXX Website\trunk\4 Source Code\Common\WebControls\bin\Debug\WebControls.dll" to "bin\WebControls.dll". Exceeded retry count of 10. Failed.    XXX.Web

 

现在的日期是2014年2月28日，但是站点bin文件夹的dll居然是26号的，果断删除，提示“已经被其他Visual Stuido 打开”，关闭所有VS，删除掉此文件，重新编译，OK。
