go module安装报错： dial tcp 142.251.43.17:443: i/o timeout

安装SNMP Notifier

git clone https://github.com/maxwo/snmp_notifier.git
cd snmp_notifier
make build
./snmp_notifier

make build报错：dial tcp 142.251.43.17:443: i/o timeout

解决方案：

配置goproxy

export GOPROXY=https://goproxy.io,direct
export GO111MODULE=on

重新make build：
