We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our Data Platform team. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the critical backend services that support our data platform infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain backend functionalities of the Data Platform, ensuring stability under high concurrency scenarios.
• Lead the iteration of Data Platform products to keep our technology solutions at the forefront of the industry.

Skills Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Golang development experience, with proficiency in Python.
• Experience with OLAP (Clickhouse / Doris / StarRocks) / OLTP (Postgres) databases, including usage and optimization.
• Strong development practices and CI/CD experience, with familiarity in Docker / k8s.
• Ability to think from a business perspective and a high standard for deliverables.
• Open mindset towards technology with a strong curiosity about underlying principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Web3 / Crypto is a plus.
• Experience in data platform development is a plus.
