无法安装R程序包

如题，使用insatll.packages("cluster")安装包时，会出现如下错误提示。

解决方法：如果已经使用了管理员用户权限登录并且已经在网上尝试过其他方法仍不解决的话，可以尝试选择其他镜像路径

例如选择UK(Bristol)[https]
