SRE policy

1 SRE and Devs from same staff pool ; more sre , less dev so they can focus on relibility; in the other way they focus on new featur e

2 SRE hires only coder as they speak same languate as Dev, they know what a computer can do, they automate the work. 

3 SRE has 50% caps on Ops work, target 30%; 

4 Keep Dev in the rotation; make sure the Dev team sees the product in production. 

5 If their is excess operation load, get assigned to dev team.

6 SRE portability,  sre can move from team to team.
