Image J测量长度

使用ImageJ软件设置刻度：绘制已知距离的直线

①选择直线工具

②在标尺上画出单位长度的直线

③选择Analyze->Set Scale >Known distance输入所画直线长度数值(14)，Unit of length输入单位(mm)，Global复选框打钩，点击OK

测量

选择需要测量的长度，Ctrl+M（Measurement）
