使用过show variables like '%timeout%';对比过数据库的timeout的各个参数，参考链接https://blog.csdn.net/jiadajing267/article/details/79516989

但与能连接的数据库的参数一样。

最后是在URL中添加参数：useSSL=false。成功解决
