Silverlight项目无法启动调试
Visual Studio在调试或者运行的时候会去读取注册表中的HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\iexplore.exe项，如果读不到，会报Cannot locate Microsoft Internet Explorer错误。
解决方法：
在HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths下增加iexplore.exe项，默认值为C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
