get传参乱码问题

js get请求代码

 function toBranchManagerList(branch_name) {
     window.location=path+"/branch/toBranchManagerByName?branch_name="+branch_name;
}

后台接收时

String name=new String(branch_name.getBytes("ISO-8859-1"),"UTF-8");

转换一下
