1、下载php环境：

2、根目录有一个php.exe可执行文件。命令：php.exe xxx.php就可以执行。

如果出现提示：找不到openssl模块，【Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function openssl_decrypt() in】

就把php.ini-production改成php.ini，然后修改php.ini:

把;extension=openssl前面的;去掉。

并且把;extension_dir = "ext"前面的;去掉。
