Some characters cannot be mapped using "GBK" ...

myeclipse对.properties文件的默认Bain易语言是"ISO-8859-1"，这个编码是单字节编码，而中文中是双字节的，所有ISO-8859-1是不支持中文的，因此properties文件中出现中文，就会报som characters cannot be mapped using 'GBK'
