[1067] Add comments for files in Windows

1. Create a shortcut of the file
   • Press and hold the [Alt] key
   • Left click mouse and Drag the selected folders/items to a "free space" and release Mouse button
   • now you have created shortcuts
2. Open the properties of the file shortcut, then can add the comment

3. Can show the comment by right click the columns then check the "Comments" 
   •
