默认字典

通过python，编写一个篮球运动员初选功能的代码：

1、提示输入姓名；

2、提示输入身高；

    如果身高大于等于 180 入选，

    如果身高小于等于 180 落选，

3、把入选的与落选的人，通过字典＋列表保存起来

4、最后打印初选结果！

思路：
 1、定义两个空列表，‘V1’‘V2’
 2、在执行判断的时候，根据判断结果往列表中进行数据添加

Enter yes or no: yes
Enter sb's name: tom
Enter sb's height: 140
