最近部门在测试TFS 2008,有部分同事机器上使用的是Visual Studio 2005，安装的是Team Explorer 2005，发现在TE中创建团队项目时，最后出现了这样的错误：

TF30170: The plugin Microsoft.ProjectCreationWizard.Portal failed during task SharePointPortal from group Portal.
Explanation
Plugin error text: “The language id specified in the process template does not exist on the WSS server.”
User Action
Contact your Team Foundation Server administrator.
去微软的官方网站搜索资料，发现是这个是微软产品的bug，需要安装KB932544才能解决问题，原来以为这个fix pack应该被保护在Visual Studio 2005 SP1中了，不料同事们安装了SP1后，还是出现同样的问题，后面去这里下载了单独的补丁，才真正解决了问题：
