Python读取本地文件时出现错误UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0x94 in position 5702: illegal multibyte sequence

解决方法：

def count_words(filename):
    try:
        with open(filename) as f_obj:
            contents = f_obj.read()
    except FileNotFoundError:
        msg = "Sorry, the file " + filename + " does not exist."
        print(msg)
    else:
        words = contents.split()
        num_words = len(words)
        print("The file " + "filename " + " has about " + str(num_words) + " words.")


filenames = ['petrel.txt', 'TheBlackCat.txt', 'Grist.txt']
for filename in filenames:
    count_words(filename)

定位到第4行，添加代码，encoding='utf-8'
