windows安装redis出现的小问题

BUG：

[17392] 14 Jul 11:00:42.516 # Creating Server TCP listening socket *:6379: bind: No such file or directory

解决方式：
在cmd窗口输入（依次输入）：
1. Redis-cli.exe
2. shutdown
3. exit
4. redis-server.exe
