github：Commit failed - exit code 1 received

问题

使用github desktop 将项目提交到github，但提示Commit failed - exit code 1 received

 

开始以为名称过程，把名称改短，但还是失败。

原因

因为这个项目是在github上clone下来修改的，现在提交到我的仓库，但项目还包含着之前别人的github仓库信息，信息在.git文件夹。

 

解决方法

 

把隐藏文件显示出来，然后删除隐藏文件夹

win10操作：查找-->勾选“隐藏的项目”

 

 

删除旧的.git文件夹
