CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url <https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main/win-64/current_repodata.json> Elapsed: -错误解决方法

　　在https://github.com/KaiyangZhou/deep-person-reid中学习reid时候，根据

conda create --name torchreid python=3.7

方法操作是发生错误，如下是我搜罗整合的方法；

cmd输入conda config --add channels r

然后进入C:\Users\你的用户名，找到.condarc文件

将里面内容编辑如下，注意一定是http不是https

channels:
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
ssl_verify: true
show_channel_urls: true

保存关闭。
