设定为：

1             this.txtMakeCollections.Properties.Mask.EditMask = "###############0.00#####";
2             this.txtMakeCollections.Properties.Mask.MaskType = DevExpress.XtraEditors.Mask.MaskType.Numeric;
3             this.txtMakeCollections.Properties.Mask.UseMaskAsDisplayFormat = true;
