在服务器上装的时候遇到的bug
tensorflow 1.13.1 requires tensorboard<1.14.0,>=1.13.0, but you'll have tensorboard 2.3.0 which is incompatible.
1. pip uninstall tensorflow
2. pip uninstall tensorboard（其实上面两步我都没做 直接更新了）
3. pip install --upgrade tensorflow
