MSF Readiness Management Discipline

Definition
The MSF Readiness Management Discipline defines readiness as a measurement of the current state versus the desired state of knowledge, skills and abilities(KSA) for the individual, solution and enterprise architecture levels.

•  Proficiencies(vertical)

Outputs:
• Competencies identified with desired proficiency levels
• Competencies and proficiencies mapped to the appropriate scenario


Assess
•  Measure knowledge, skills, abilities
•  Analyze gaps

Outputs:
• Assessment output/gap analysis
• Learning plans


Change
•  Train
•  Track progress

Output:
• Knowledge gained from training
• Progress tracking data


Evaluate
•  Review results
•  Manage knowledge

Outputs:
• Feedback
• Certifications
• Knowledge Management system
