1.reset the default location of environment

The location is pointed to disk C when I first initialize this command:

conda create -n mypython python:3.8

Personally donot like putting the extra files into C disk then decide to switch to Disk D.
But how to switch the default location of environment in conda?

Append

envs_dir:

to the end of .condarc file.

problems	solutions
1.missing .condarc file	conda config --add channels r : input this command into powershell
2.denied to access miniconda directory	modify the authority for User in directory panel

2.integrate conda into vs code

There are two approaches !

2.1 directly use our customised python environment

set our customised python interpreter as the default one.

2.2 integrate conda path into vs code

ctrl+shift+p : open settings -> set D:\conda3\Scripts\conda.exe as the conda path in vs code.
