Here are some notes about writing my blogs.
-
For URLs, the prepositions should be used carefully. For example, "in" should be used with "problems" while "about" is for "notes" and "on" is for "solution". As for other nouns, "of" is an appropriate choice.
-
For English words, write them directly without
$$
. -
For functions such as \(\mathrm{lcm}(a,b)\) and \(\mathrm{LCA}(u,v)\), use
\mathrm
. Also,\mathrm
can be used with words which need writing formally, such as \(\mathrm{Lemma}\). In fact, there is no big difference among\mathrm
,\text
and\operatorname
, but I prefer\mathrm
. -
For number sets like \(\mathbf{R}\) and \(\mathbf{N}^*\), use
\mathbf
, which is bolder. -
For specific strings, \(\texttt{AABCDEF}\),
\texttt
is the correct way. -
Let OI Wiki be bold.
-
For references, they are supposed to be typed like
[Name of the article or blog - Writer](Link)
. -
For problems, especially problems which appeared in contests such as NOI and HEOI, they are supposed to be typed like
[Name of the OnlineJudge-Number of the Problem (Space) Name of the Contest (Space) Year or Number (Space) Name of the Problem](Link)
. -
#
only can be used as the title of the whole blog. -
For Complexitiy marks, \(O()\) is used more often than \(\Theta()\). Usually, \(n\) and \(m\) stand for length, and \(V\) stands for the range of value.
