编译Chromium出现warning C4819的解决办法

编译Chromium时出现

warning C4819: The file contains a character that cannot be represented in the
current code page (949). Save the file in Unicode format to prevent data loss

这个警告其实不影响文件内容以及正常编译的，但是由于chromium的编译设置严格，默认将警告视为错误，所以出现这个警告时会视为错误导致编译终止。解决办法：

将当前系统位置设置为英国(美国)即可。

步骤：

控制面板--区域--管理--更改系统区域设置

在页面中选择英语区域即可
