Outlook 或其他程序中打开超链接显示空白窗口

经我朋友许可，现公开聊天记录如下：

最好的做法是，先用regsvr32 /u 卸载，然后再 regsvr32 /i 安装

最终解决了我的问题的办法是直接导入那个注册表文件，在该文附件里：
