SOLUTION

1. Launch Teamcenter Command Prompt
2. Go to %TC_ROOT%\pool_manager\confs\XX folder
3. Type the following command:

                                mgradmin -password

Follow the prompts, the serverPool.properties file will be updated with the new password.
