此次burndown 图趋于正常，但是还有一个问题就是，我们今天由于rui事情比较多，开组会导致现在没有把框架搭出来，大家的志气有些低落，作为PM，果断清了一顿饭，不知道效果好不好。

由于明天PM要回合肥办保研手续，没办法，只能现在熬夜搞出这两天我要完成的工作，虽说自己也很累，组里的事情一点也没搞，但是还是很幸运，一起工作的团队真的很难得，我要好好把握机会，同时锻炼自己的团队协作能力和管理能力。。

明天，会议很多，我们组估计进度还会受阻，为了保证周一前把所有的东西搞定，必须干点什么才行。什么呢？ 在回合肥之前，给他们一个惊喜吧。
