【BZOJ1491】社交网络

算是Floyd的扩展吧,在求最短路的同时,记录最短路的条数。
一旦获得的任意两点间最短路的条数,就可以在O(n^3)的时间内求出每个点的l了。
提交一直出错,看了题解还是改了半天,最后才发现,题目保证任意两点间最短路条数小于10^10,但运算过程中却会爆,所以直接用double就好了。
