802.11r mixed mode

* 802.11r mixed mode support – Untill this code(8.0), if you enable 802.11r fast secure roaming, only that feature supported clients (eg Apple iDevices) can join this SSID, all non-802.11r clients cannot join. But in 8.0 both types of clients able to join, but only 802.11r clients get fast roaming.

如果启用802.11r快速安全漫游，只有该功能支持的客户端（例如Apple iDevices，iPhone or iPad (running iOS6 or above).）可以加入此SSID，所有非802.11r客户端都无法加入。 但在8.0中，两种类型的客户端都能够加入，但只有802.11r客户端可以快速漫游。

2. Still few supplicants  (Mac OSX, Netgear,ect) does not like mixed mode WLAN, so they may have trouble associate if you enable FT
