  • Acceptance criteria(functional and non-functional requirement) is defined
  • User story has been sized
  • UX wireframes have been provided
  • Team is comfortable with demonstration the user story
  • Team capacity is known

Definition of Done

  • Design document produced and updated
  • Code completed and committed 
  • Code peer reviewed and meets development standard
  • Automation build with no errors
  • Unit test written and pass
  • Meets BA specifications
  • Testing in UAT and Live pass and meets acceptance criteria
  • Meets UX designs and UX review pass
  • Tasks are completed and closed
