问题1：Authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password' cannot be loaded

alter user 'root'@'%' identified with mysql_native_password by 'root';
set password for 'root'@'%'='Test123';
--Test123 为密码 root为user %对应host，默认是localhost，%是通配符 
flush privileges;

 

问题2：mysql远程连接 Host * is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

use mysql;
select host,user,plugin from user where user='root'; 
update user set host ='%'where user ='root';

flush privileges; --重启服务使其生效

重启服务使其生效
