背景：跨机房搭建MGR
错误：异地机房CHANGE MASTER 后，START GROUP_REPLICATION 后，报如下错误，说是找不到白名单。

解决：搭建MGR过程中，涉及到了 Group Replication IP Address Whitelisting，默认情况下，是无法让本地网络外的连接的访问的，所以在跨机器、网段、机房的情况下，需要设置group_replication_ip_whitelist

例如：

mysql> STOP GROUP_REPLICATION;
mysql> SET GLOBAL group_replication_ip_whitelist="10.57.19.100,10.243.194.191,10.243.194.192";
mysql> START GROUP_REPLICATION;
